Shipping Policy

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING COSTS. ONCE ORDER IS PLACED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. AVERAGE SHIPPING TAKES 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. FITTER THAN YOUR AVERAGE DOES NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. FITTER THAN YOUR AVERAGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE SHIPPING COURIER. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM BRONX, NEW YORK , UNITED STATES.

Return & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your FTYA gear! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Any shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
- All items must be unworn with original tags attached and folded in the original pouch.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please send us an email and we will  send you an return label you  can print .  Print the return label and drop off at a USPS location. Refunds or Exchanges will be processed once received and you will be notified via e-mail. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
After it is received by then Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Domestic Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can not be exchanged. All sales items is final. 
- Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.
- Return Shipping must be paid by the customer however, shipping on the exchange to you will be paid by FTYA.
 
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact: FTYA1876@gmail.com. In your message body, please provide us with your:
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the Issue 

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE?
When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact, will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs.
